By purchasing a service or package from me, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full, up front before any work begins. This allows me to reserve time and give your project the attention it deserves. Payments are accepted via the methods provided at checkout or in your invoice.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds on any service or package. This policy is in place because of the time, planning, and preparation that goes into each client relationship and project before work even begins.
That said, I’m committed to your satisfaction. I will work with you collaboratively and thoroughly to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Your success is my goal, and I won’t stop until you’re satisfied with the completed project as outlined in our agreement.
Project Communication & Timeline
Once payment is received, you’ll receive instructions for how to begin. Clear, timely communication helps projects stay on track, so please respond to requests within the expected timeframe. If you anticipate delays, let me know—life happens, and I’m happy to work with you.
You’ll also receive an estimated project timeline based on our agreed start date and the scope of work.
Revisions & Scope
Each service or package includes a specific number of revisions (outlined in your service details). If your needs expand beyond the original agreement, I’m happy to provide an updated quote for additional work.
Digital Products & Coaching
Due to the nature of digital products and coaching, all sales are final. If you have questions about whether a product or session is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out before purchasing. I want you to feel confident in your investment.
Legal & Ownership
You retain full ownership of your original content. I may request to share completed designs in my portfolio or promotional materials, but only with your permission. I respect your privacy and understand that not every project is intended for public display.
I reserve the right to decline or terminate a project at any time if it becomes clear that expectations or values are no longer aligned. In that case, any uncompleted portions of prepaid work will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
